Del. Chris Hurst pulled over amid campaign sign query

Our news partner, ABC 13, has learned that Delegate Chris Hurst was pulled over Monday night.

Radford City Sheriff Mark Armentrout said a deputy witnessed a woman at Radford Recreation Center voting precinct messing with campaign signs at around 10 p.m. Monday.

The deputy called the Radford City Police Dept. who initiated a traffic stop.

The driver of the vehicle was determined to be Del. Chris Hurst and the passenger was determined to be Emily Frentress.

Radford police issued Chris Hurst a notice of suspension. Sheriff Armentrout said the notice informs the driver of the vehicle that their license is currently suspended.
