26 Arrested In Two Lynchburg Drug Stings

Lynchburg Police announced the arrests of suspects and a number of people wanted in two separate operations.

26 arrested from two LPD Operations...


Operation Leap Frog targeting street level drugs dealers in various areas of the city.

LPD says Detectives were able to successfully make drug purchases from a number of people.The departments said the following suspects were charged as a result of this operation on May 11, 2018:

 Helen Danielelle Martin, 37-year-of female resident of Lynchburg - distribution of a controlled substance

Calvin Arthur Culpepper Jr., 49-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - Distribution of a controlled substance; distribution of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school

Marquise Jarvon Davis, 22-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - distribution of a controlled substance; distribution of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school

Todd Keneil White, 26-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - distribution of a controlled substance; distribution of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school

Derrick Renard Powell, 48-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - Distribution of a controlled substance (x2); distribution of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school

Barry Eugene Thomasson, 56-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - Distribution of a controlled substance

Solomon Junior Mutz III, 38-year-old male resident of Lynchburg - Distribution of a controlled substance
