The attorneys of being part of the MS-13 gang and the killing of a Virginia teen are seeking to relocate his trial.
Bedford County officials confirm that an attorney of 21-year-old Kevin Josue Soto-Bonilla claims he cannot receive a fair trial due to news coverage that he believes has biased potential jurors.
oto-Bonilla was arrested in New York in September 2017 and is one of five men who have been charged in the murder of Raymond Wood
On Monday, March 27, 2017, the Bedford County Sheriff's Office said Wood was found dead just a couple hours after he left his father's house.
Authorities said 17-year-old Wood died at the hands of alleged MS-13 gang members.
