Report: Aretha Franklin Left No Will

TMZ is reporting that Aretha Franklin did not have a will at the time of her death. The site claims court documents state the Queen of Soul passed "intestate," meaning she had no will at the time of death.

This means, according to Michigan law, that her estate will be divided equally between her four children.

As we previously told you, Aretha’s funeral is set for next week, with an open viewing for the public taking place on August 28th and 29th and a private service for just family and friends set for August 31st.
