Arienna Day's father has been released from jail on bond according to West Virginia Regional Jail.
Andrew Terry was arrested and charged with illegal disposal of a body on September 12.
Officials say that Terry's charge was connected to the disappearance of 3-month-old Arieanna Day who went missing on September 11.
Her body has not yet been found.
