Franklin Dalton will spend the rest of his life in prison after he was sentenced to life plus 289 years for numerous sex crimes, some of which involved a minor.
Dalton was arrested on November 27, 2017 and charged with one county of rape and one count of forcible sodomy of a child under the age of 13.
During his grand jury trial earlier this year, more charges were added, including eight county of felonious aggravated sexual battery, three county of felonious indecent liberties with a child by custodian, and eight counts of felonious forcible sodomy on top of previous charges.
