The Pulaski Police Department said two people were arrested and charged yesterday after they received an anonymous tip.
According to police, around 3:44 p.m., the wanted person was seen leaving a residence in a vehicle and was detained. David Jason Lane, 43, of Pulaski, was taken into custody for a probation violation stemming from felony burglary.
Additionally, police said Carolyn Marie Manuel, 49, also of Pulaski, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute meth.
Both were taken to the New River Valley Regional Jail.
